 Once printed the posters carefully have any borders removed and are put into strong postal tubes which are securely sealed ready for delivery. Now, although these tubes are pretty strong they are not fully Royal Mail proof. Very few forces on earth are able to stop a determined posty from damaging these tubes but on the very rare occasions that this does happen then please take a photo of the damage, send it to us & we will reprint & dispatch normally within 24 hours. |
Our goal is to supply you the customer with a quality poster that you are entirely happy with. We offer a very personal service & will contact you if for any reason we feel that the poster you have ordered would be better suited to a different size to stop any of the image being cropped off, if the image supplied is too small to be printed at the size ordered, or for any other reason that may crop up. A lot of care is taken with how your poster will look when printed & adjustments are made to lighten the dark bits, darken the overly light bits, correct as much as possible any colour imbalance, or anything else that we feel will enhance the final poster. Even then, if we are not happy with the print we will make further changes & print it again until we are happy that you are getting a great poster. We are not one of these companies that just print whatever is received regardless. We want you to be happy with your posters.
Our printer is made by Epson and uses only genuine Epson UltraChrome K3+ ink with Vivid Magenta. We do not use, have never used, & have no intention of using cheaper third party inks that do not give the vibrant colours or longevity of Epson inks. We only print in high resolution at 1440dpi unlike a lot of others which only print at 720dpi. We can print at 2880dpi & if you request it we will print at the higher resolution but to be honest we can't tell the difference between 1440dpi & 2880dpi. We only use photo quality paper from major manufacturers like Epson, Kodak and Xerox, those with a proven track record & those that are compatible with our printer.
